International Training Manager (80%-100%)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated International Training Manager to support with the expansion of the brand. This is a full-time position for a candidate with excellent communication and service skills.
The International Training Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our educational programs and for the management of our Training team. You will lead the Swissline training community.
You will bring your skills and knowledge to work in a modern, collaborative team environment as you help us advance the education of the brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Training department and worldwide Training community
- Be our Best Brand Ambassador
- Develop and continuously improve SPA Content and Protocols to support all Channels of Distribution, including our newly acquired Labo Spa by Swissline in Zurich
- Develop and implement Retail Training Material used for Distributors across the world
- Train the Trainers and New Brand Managers
- Be involved in the development of communication tools (newsletters, App, etc.)
- Help prospection consolidation and follow on all Training needs along with your Team support
- Moderate Trainings and contribute to Press conferences and Blogger Events with our PR team support
- Proactively contribute to cross-functional topics such as our Sustainability roadmap
ABOUT YOU
- A minimum 10 years of training experience in the high-end professional beauty industry, experience as a Spa manager is a plus
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
- Excellent and communication skills in English (both written and verbal), French/German are a plus
- Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships
- Willingness to travel when needed
- Hands-on approach and ability to handle several projects simultaneously
- Leadership skills: Proactivity, collaboration, people development
