ZANNIER Bendor is seeking a passionate and experienced Wellness Manager to join their team.

As part of the pre-opening team of this exceptional property, the Wellness Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping a transformative and unforgettable wellness experience for our guests.
As the Wellness Manager, you will lead the wellness vision of the property, overseeing holistic treatments and experiences tailored to each guest. Your mission is to deliber excellence through innovation, deep therapeutic knowledge, and warm guest engagement.
You will report to the General Manager, in the Spa & Wellness department and will be require fluency in french and english.
Key Responsibilities
Wellness expertise & program development
- Curate and lead a comprehensive wellness offering: yoga, meditation, Reiki, bioenergetic therapy, Pilates, holistic healing, and advanced wellness technologies.
- Offer personalized consultations and create tailored wellness journeys for guests.
- Promote and implement naturopathy, Ayurvedic treatments, Chinese medicine, osteopathy, and acupuncture (when applicable).
Guest experience & service excellence
- Provide genuine, intuitive, and healing service in every interaction.
- Create a soothing and welcoming environment aligned with Zannier Hotels’ philosophy.
- Gather guest feedback and use it to refine wellness services.
Team leadership & collaboration
- Manage and inspire a small multidisciplinary team of wellness practitioners.
- Lead training sessions and workshops for team development.
- Collaborate with other departments (F&B, Rooms, Concierge) for seamless guest experiences.
Operations & quality control
- Ensure the wellness center adheres to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee wellness inventory, treatment spaces, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain compliance with wellness SOPs and international standards such as LQA.
Commercial impact & strategy
- Promote wellness packages, spa treatments, and related services.
- Assist in creating monthly promotions and signature holistic events.
- Submit wellness reports including guest satisfaction, operational performance, and budget tracking.

- Deep knowledge of holistic practices and wellness diagnostics.
- Strong ability to design, implement, and manage integrated wellness programs.
- Emotional intelligence, empathy, and outstanding communication skills.
- Budget management and wellness product performance monitoring.

Qualifications & education
Requirements:
- Degree or certification in wellness, public health, holistic therapies, or related fields.
- Practical experience in wellness/spa environments, ideally within luxury hospitality.
- Certifications in yoga, Reiki, naturopathy, or similar therapies preferred.
- Familiarity with wellness software and modern tracking tools.
Languages:
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
